Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by TradingFirms.xyz, whether online or offline, including but not limited to text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music, are copyrighted intellectual property. TradingFirms.xyz owns all usage rights. You may use these materials for non-commercial, personal use only, under the following conditions:

1. Retain all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices, and make no modifications to the materials.
2. Do not use the materials in a way that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events, or brands.
3. Do not download large quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for commercial reuse.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute materials in any way or for any other purpose without our written permission. Additionally, you may not alter, delete, distort, or misrepresent any content.

All materials provided by TradingFirms.xyz are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial home use only. We retain full and complete title to all materials and all associated intellectual property rights. Purchasers of any TradingFirms.xyz course, CD, DVD, software, books, or other products agree to be the end user. All sales are final for all products. If your purchased media is defective and non-functional, you are entitled to a replacement at no cost.

Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of this form and either credit authorization or check for the course deposit, you will be registered for the TradingFirms.xyz product or service listed above. For purchased classes, we will rush the materials to you, and registration is non-refundable once these proprietary materials have been sent. You authorize TradingFirms.xyz to charge your credit card for the amount indicated. For purchased classes, the balance is due and chargeable one month before your scheduled class date.

All Sales Final

All sales of TradingFirms.xyz’s products and services, including but not limited to courses, classes, packages, trade rooms, workshops, software, and alert services, are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Class and Workshop Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you purchase any of TradingFirms.xyz’s classes or workshops and are unable to attend, you must inform TradingFirms.xyz in writing at least 30 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $250 cancellation and rescheduling fee, charged in addition to the purchase price. If you cancel at least 30 days in advance, you may reschedule at no additional charge, subject to space availability.

Use Restrictions

Products and services purchased from TradingFirms.xyz contain proprietary information and are for the purchaser’s sole personal use. It is illegal to forward, transfer, distribute, reprint for third-party consumption, or resell these products or services.

All TradingFirms.xyz products and services are provided “AS IS,” without warranties or guarantees. TradingFirms.xyz expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TradingFirms.xyz is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Third-Party Links

TradingFirms.xyz may provide links to other websites. These links do not imply endorsement, approval, or agreement with the linked site’s information. TradingFirms.xyz is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from TradingFirms.xyz. TradingFirms.xyz may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

Subscriber/Member Additional Terms

1. Do not share your login password. Accounts with multiple sign-ins will be suspended.
2. Do not advertise trading, goods, services, or other commercial products on our website.
3. No junk mail, spam, chain letters, private messages, or repeat postings are allowed.
4. Use your actual name when posting; do not impersonate anyone.
5. Treat other members with respect and courtesy; no profanity or bad language.
6. No vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language.
7. Do not abuse, threaten, harass, or intimidate other members/subscribers.

Content posted to our website becomes the property of TradingFirms.xyz, granting us the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and distribute the content.

TradingFirms.xyz has the right to monitor and delete posts that violate these guidelines and will terminate subscriptions for violations.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws.

Dispute Resolution

For intellectual property rights violations or threats, TradingFirms.xyz may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in state or federal court in Portugal. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

For other disputes, we agree to try to resolve them through a mutually agreed mediator in Portugal. If mediation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Portugal, under Portugal’s rules.

Limitation of Liability

TradingFirms.xyz provides all services, products, and information “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for any content found on TradingFirms.xyz’s forum, blogs, or other website areas. Use of these areas is at your own risk. TradingFirms.xyz disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss or injury, direct or indirect, arising from the use or performance of this website or any information, services, or products provided through it.

Effective Date

This agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Termination requires the destruction of all materials obtained from TradingFirms.xyz. TradingFirms.xyz may terminate this agreement without notice for any breach. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. TradingFirms.xyz does not guarantee the availability of materials and may terminate website access at any time without notice.
